Board Meeting Minutes
The Board will meet each Tuesday at its offices at One Battery Park Plaza, 31st Floor at 10:30 a.m. All meetings will be open to the public unless, due to extraordinary circumstances, as set forth in Open Meetings Law Section 103(a), the Board must conduct its meeting via teleconference. If that is the case, please refer to Section 103(a) regarding public access to the meeting or call the Board at (212) 425-5027 for specific instructions.
